Authentication protects user sessions and administrative areas. Customer-specific identity requirements can be reviewed during procurement.

Auditability

Sensitive administrative actions should be logged so organizations can investigate changes and access decisions.

Operational data is used to provide the service, support customers and maintain platform safety. See the terms and privacy page for more detail.

Payments

Self-service payments are handled by Stripe checkout pages. Linker should not store card details in this static website.

Security review

Larger deployments can include a security review before production rollout, including access, hosting, backup and integration questions.

Incident communication

Material incidents should be communicated through agreed customer channels and reflected on the status page where appropriate.
